01. Who we are

DECODE is run under the brand name Fairsight SEE, which belongs to Sutic Advisory B.V. and is not a separate legal person. Two companies stand behind the summit, and which one you contract with depends on what you buy:

• MISOLUTION doo Beograd is the organizer of the event in Serbia and the seller of the tickets. When you buy a ticket, your contract for the seat is with it.
• Sutic Advisory B.V. is the conference service provider: it designs and delivers the programme, runs this website and Deko, and is the other party to every partnership. It is not the company behind www.fairsight.com.

In these terms, “we” means the company you contract with: MISOLUTION doo Beograd for a ticket, Sutic Advisory B.V. for a partnership and for this website. Both are reached at the same address.

The event

02. Tickets

DECODE has 100 seats. They are sold to the public first come, first served, until the hundredth is sold. There is one ticket type, the DECODE Executive Ticket. A ticket is personal and admits one named person to the full day, lunch, and the drinks and dinner afterwards.

Tickets are on sale now on Tickets RS, the authorized reseller: tickets.rs/event/decode_28401. This site has no checkout of its own; the ticket desk on the summit page states the price and links to Tickets RS.

How buying works:

1. The Buy on Tickets RS link on the summit page opens the DECODE event on tickets.rs.
2. You buy there under Tickets RS’s own purchase terms, shown before you pay. Tickets RS takes your details and the payment as reseller for the seller.
3. Tickets RS emails your e-ticket; it is your confirmation. Your contract for the seat is with MISOLUTION doo Beograd, the seller.
4. Your seat is held from that e-ticket. Keep it: the QR code on it, with your name, admits you on the day.

Price

The DECODE Executive Ticket costs 29.999,00 RSD, VAT included. Tickets RS adds its processing fee of 4 % (1.199,96 RSD) at the checkout, so the amount charged is 31.198,96 RSD. The fee is Tickets RS’s charge for its service and is shown before you pay. Payment is in Serbian dinars; if you pay with a card in another currency, your bank’s exchange rate and any charges apply. The checkout governs if this site differs. Amounts for partnerships are in euro and exclude VAT.

The contract is in English. If your company needs an invoice for the ticket, write to info@decode-summit.com with the order number from your e-ticket. For seats after the sale closes, write to us as well.

03. Partnerships

Partnerships and sponsorships are agreed individually by email to info@decode-summit.com. No price list is published: the partners page describes what a partnership can involve; the package and fee are shaped around each partner’s goals.

• An email is an inquiry, not a contract. A partnership exists only when Sutic Advisory B.V. puts it in writing and you accept.
• Figures discussed before that are indicative. Fees exclude VAT.
• The written partnership agreement and invoice set out what a partner receives and what happens to the fee; they prevail over this page.
• If a programme change affects a benefit, we agree a comparable alternative.

04. Programme and changes

The agenda, speakers, formats and timings on this site are indicative: a speaker may withdraw and be replaced by a comparable one, and formats, timings and the running order may be adjusted. If the date or venue changes, everyone confirmed is told directly and early.

Neither party is in breach for a failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural events, public-health measures, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport or utility failures, or an act of a public authority. Travel, visas, accommodation and insurance are your own responsibility.

Photography and filming

The summit is photographed and filmed. We use the material to document this edition and describe the next one on this site, our social channels, the attendee recap and future programme and partnership materials, and do not sell it or give it to partners for advertising.

You can opt out at registration, at the desk on the day, or afterwards by email; we then keep you out of the shots we control and remove you from published material in which you are identifiable, though a wide shot of a full room may still include you. 05. Cancellation and refunds

Tickets are non-refundable: once your e-ticket is issued, the price is not returned if your plans change or you do not attend. You can send someone else instead.

Transferring your seat

You may transfer your seat to a named colleague free of charge up to seven days before the summit, so by 2 November 2026: write to info@decode-summit.com from the booking email address with the colleague’s full name, job title, company and email address. The ticket is reissued in their name; the seat moves when it goes out. In the last seven days the badge list, catering and seating are fixed, so no transfer is possible. Transfers are not for splitting or reselling a ticket.

If we cancel or postpone

If we cancel DECODE, every ticket holder is contacted and the ticket price is refunded in full to the card or account it was paid from, through Tickets RS, without having to ask. Whether the Tickets RS processing fee is returned follows Tickets RS’s purchase terms. If we move the summit to a new date, your ticket stays valid; if the new date does not suit you, transfer the seat or ask for a refund within 14 days of being told. A change of speaker, session, format, running order or room within the venue is not a cancellation.

No 14-day withdrawal right

A seat bought by a company for work is a business purchase, outside consumer withdrawal rules. Consumers have no 14-day withdrawal right either: a ticket for an event on a fixed date is exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 36 of the Serbian Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, no. 88/2021) and, for buyers in the EU, under Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Statutory rights that do apply to you cannot be signed away here.

06. Conduct

DECODE works because a hundred senior people speak candidly in one room. Behave as a guest: respectfully towards participants, staff and the venue, and discreetly about what is said. We may refuse or withdraw admission where conduct puts that at risk or the venue’s rules require it; consequences for fees follow the written confirmation.

07. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability in connection with the summit is limited to what you paid for it.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or travel and accommodation booked around the event.
• We are not liable for the venue, hotels, carriers or other providers you contract with yourself.
• Views of speakers and participants are their own, not professional advice.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

08. Intellectual property

The content of this website - text, design, photography, programme and partnership materials - belongs to Sutic Advisory B.V. (Fairsight SEE) or its licensors. You may read, print and link to it, but not republish it or use it commercially without our written permission.

“DECODE”, “DECODE Summit”, “Fairsight” and the associated logos may not be used without permission, including to suggest a partnership or endorsement not agreed in writing. Partners use the marks only as agreed in their partnership agreement; speakers’ material remains theirs.

09. Website and Deko

This site has no user account; its only form is the Deko chat. What you type goes to our server, is answered with the help of OpenAI and is kept for 90 days (see the privacy policy).

Deko is an assistant, not a representative. It answers from a brief of what is published here and can be wrong. It cannot sell, reserve or confirm a seat, agree a partnership or fix a price, and nothing it writes binds Sutic Advisory B.V.; these terms and the summit and partners pages prevail.

We do not guarantee an error-free or uninterrupted site; content may change, and linked sites are outside our control. Do not disrupt the site or the chat: automated submissions are blocked and messages from one source are limited.

10. Governing law

Tickets: the ticket contract with MISOLUTION doo Beograd is governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia; the competent court is in Belgrade. A consumer in Serbia may also turn to the out-of-court consumer dispute bodies registered with the ministry responsible for consumer protection.

Partnerships and this website: the contract with Sutic Advisory B.V. is governed by Dutch law; the competent court is in Amsterdam.

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you keep the mandatory protections of your home country (Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008) and may sue in, and be sued only in, its courts (Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012).

Write to us first; we would rather talk. If a provision is invalid, the rest still applies.

11. Changes

These terms may change. The version referenced in your written confirmation applies to a confirmed seat or partnership. When the page changes, the date at the top changes.
