Who we are
This website is run by Sutic Advisory B.V. (brand name Fairsight SEE), Willem Parelstraat 254, 1018 KZ Amsterdam, Netherlands, KvK 98679511, the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: team@fairsight.rs.
The form
When you send an idea, your name, organization, email address, topic and message reach us by email, and you get one automatic confirmation. We use them only to reply and follow up, at your request and in our legitimate interest in answering it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). To stop abuse, the form keeps a salted one-way hash of your IP address for about a day, never the address itself. Without a name, email address and idea we cannot reply.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts.
Who receives it
Only the DECODE team. Our hosting provider WebHostingSrbija in Serbia runs the site and our email, under the EU standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Messages from the form: up to 24 months. Server logs: 30 days. Records from earlier DECODE activities are kept only for the periods that applied when they were collected, or as long as bookkeeping law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest: write to team@fairsight.rs. You can also complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or to the data-protection authority where you live.
